This position is effective immediately until approximately October 2021.
You have a current registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses, A.C.L.S. and I.V. certification, and O.R. post-graduate certification/related experience and/or P.A.C.U. certification/experience. Related experience working in a Surgical Suite is required.
The candidate will have the ability to work in busy, stressful situations with a superb ability to adapt to change and communicate effectively with staff, physicians, patients and families. The candidate is also available for on-call coverage and able to work in all areas of Surgical Services (O.R., Endoscopy, Day Surgery & Recovery).
As a condition of employment, external hires are required to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination to the Hospital’s Occupational Health and Safety department.
